Join us for the Cold moon as it marks the beginning of winter as the cold nights draw inwards, so do we. DECEMBER 7TH Huddle in as we get you prepared for the winter to come, ready to be still and receive what you have been building during the year. We will help you to nourish, clear and uplift yourself, so that you can enjoy your cosy winter with a fresh, clear, perspective with an open heart, mind and spirit 💫 I know it's dark and cold but I'm really quite excited for what is about to come 😊😊😊 so it's only right to take a moment to connect with the moon energy and say thank you ❤️ We will hold a group Meditation, set our intentions and also be joined by the gorgeous @limitlesscosmicpleasure who will be serving us some hot tasty sacred cacao getting us ready for a sound healing delivered by @iamoathtogod 😊❤️ LIMITED SPACES ARE AVAILABLE SO BOOK ASAP 🌾🌾🌾🌾 Cacao is a beautiful plant medicine which helps to open our hearts. It can be an excellent tool for inner work, opening creativity, journalling and spiritual awakening. The medicine shows up differently for different people but it is mostly a subtle healer which helps you to delve deep into your emotions. The intention of this ceremony is to offer you heart healing, helping you to open up to those around you. To be connect more with others also connecting with your sensations, tapping more into your body and your feelings, whether they're emotional or sensational. During this ceremony we will be using a range of different tantric practices to help us with our communication styles in our relation ships with others and to ourselves. Our senses will be heightened from the medicine and the activities, so we will use the opportunity to play with them and explore what it means to sense and feel with our bodies. Activities will include; Card Reading Journalling Breath work Sound Healing Energy Healing Come and join us for a fun, sensual, heart filled afternoon where we will step into the divinity of our body.
